What are some of the rules about the referral system? Can one pay someone just to sign up say they could be referred by you? Using online accounts to hire a person or persons to sign up. Think this is going to have some serious reply, but asking because I do not know.

I have done some referral myself but dunno how that works maybe when they earn some club points you earn some little back in return. I dunno.
