Hard to tell without situation
Ak is just a drawing hand but if u hit its a monster, 99 is more likely to be dominated in multi-way pots but its easy to lay down post flop.

Really depends on my stack,, first hand all in donk fest? 99 and in a tournament where ive been playing, well AK of course. depends what position, time and chip stack
