PLO tournaments/sng's

What type of starting hands do you play in Pot Limit Omaha tournaments or sng's? In cash games I play a lot of different hands in PLO but I feel like that might not be the correct strategy in a tournament/sng format.. So what are good hand ranges for PLO and do you come in raising or is smarter to limp considering the loose play of others and all of the possible combinations that can come out on the board to benefit other plays? What is a generally good/effective strategy in these formats? I imagine if you do choose to play TAG then what will be your true profit from this playing style considering stealing being not so effective with loose players around you?

AA KK AKs and hands that can bring nut straights and wrap type hands are the best to play small pairs if you can limp them and dump em if you miss.

I stay away from the small pairs..too hard to fill up..suited aces with suited connectors and high pprs id advise

If u already hav a high pair u shud play but in omaha its better if u hav two high cards like AK chances are higher u might get a flush or sequence

I think the starting hand selection should be AA or similar colours with AA or a straight probability, maybe hit trips or a full house with pocket pairs etc, there is a lot of chance because it really depends on the flop and other two community cards. There are specialist pot limit omaha players that can throw more light on this but for a plo newbie like me this is what i would do, i play some of the plo tournaments on microgaming and this is what works for me there.

Well I think the best starting hand is AAKK suited. But if you can put good pairs and a flush and a st8 hand together in one hand, that would be a good starting hand. I would only raise pre-flop with a high pocket pair or good nut flush hand.
