Hello i must all noted what happend to me at BET365 POKER! I have deposit some cash on poker and then i register with QUICK SEAT OPTION:

On first registration was everything ok but then on second i have been witnees of a bug. And problem starts here, when i press REGISTER I GET MSG that my acount have not enough money and i press ok but my money go down for 10$. Then i go to live chat and register to new tornoment, the quick seat is always trows you in Super turbo HU. I play the third tornoment and talk of this problem what i have do and there is no tounomnet and MONEY GONE. Then after abuot 15-20minitus of chat start one tounomnet for 8,25+0,40 HU and was some 150000 STAGE2 which is listed not in sit and go and is settelite. I lose this tounomnet but this is not a point here. I told the coustomer service that i didnt register for this tounomnet and there was 10$ taken from my acount but they dont wanna listen i have talked for 1hour and half with them, and then about 9 or 10 emails trying them to expelin there is a bug and that I want my money back, because i will not pay for something what i didnt register. Then i get angry because they didnt listen to me and just claim their own, that they investegeted this and there is no BUG and all is tasted. Then i say now i wanna reward too because i have noted you of bug. ALL OF WHAT THEY GIVE ME IS ONE TOKEN for 100dolars freeroll and i didnt get my 10$back this i think is stealing. So They admit with this token something was not right but they dont pay back! I have also tell them i will warn all players and they didnt do nothing of fixing this problem. Its not problem 10$ but its not fair and its obivus that is a bug here! And thay say thay cant give a refund because company politics even there is a bug! THINK TWICE IF YOU WILL DEPOSIT ON BET365!!! I WILL ADVISE YOU DONT DO SUCH A THING. I would like to ask you where i must send such a letter to they get investegeted and get some penalty if anybody knows?
