Okay so I go to download there software and everything goes fine but when I go to launch it, it keeps saying error contact support. I contact support and the person tells me to deactivate my anti virus before I download the software. Why would anybody do this and if you had to would you?

.. that's a pretty common thing with anti virus software esp if you have norton ... which is junk but that's another story , some pick up poker software as a false virus and block it , seen it happen with acr and bcp too , you can turn it off , install and turn it back on , there are permissions to allow it in the virus program so you can play

Disables anti-virus.Any poker room software is scanning your computer's hard drive for prohibited software. For this is your anti virus software finds a virus poker room, and it must be disabled to download.

The poker rooms do this because like madevgenii said.

I would do this because BOL is one of the few poker rooms with a lot of soft games and im sure that they pay,I can also use hand trackers like DriveHUD and this month; they have so many freerolls coming out

It just seemed archaic and bland compared to everywhere else. They had not done any changes in years whatsoever.
