I think this could be the end of full tilt. I've never played there, as I don't like the software much (don't enjoy playing against penguins and plants). But its sad to think that the best high stakes games that we thought nothing of 5 months ago will be gone. Great, now we have to hear more about Victor Blom. Yay.

I am very curious to hear what Dwan's good news is though. Maybe something to do with the proposed Binions/FTP deal?

Maybe they'll just seek a license elsewhere. Can anyone forbid them to do that? Maybe in the EU?

Hi everyone,

There's a lot going on right now and we're not sure what to make of it. I think we should not assume the worst right away, even if things look bad.

The things that do speak in favor of Full Tilt reopening is that the site is rumored to have known of this for quite some time, so it is likely that they have some plan on how to deal with this.

Keep in mind that no matter how sloppy they've been (at least compared to PokerStars), they still have a HUGE database of players and some truly amazing software. There's a lot of reasons for them to play nice and keep a good piece of the market - especially when the US legalizes.

Until we know more, please be patient. Be sure that we will try to keep all of you updated with anything that is SOLID.

I do personally believe that when and if the US ever legalizes online poker, it will be a closed off network available only to US players.
