Yeah, it seems like they do something to revamp the network every couple years, and it's never nearly enough. Actually, I remember, I think it was around 2008 that Cake was my favorite network. Those were the days. Last year the guarantees were 10-20x as small by comparison. I still like it for what it is -- we ain't got much else -- and I do like the 1.0 software okay, but yeah..... they're not going anywhere.

I really don't care for their software and I really don't like the fact you must draw at least $500 dollars if you want a check,,, which I think that's the only option for USA players... Take care

Hasn't the moving of all of Lock Poker's players from Merge to Cake (now Revolution) networks increased the daily traffic?

Lock Poker have recently been good with $100k Pro Bounty tourney that are every sundays, those games is the one I want to play only at Lock Poker. :D

Do the poker rooms actually change the guarantees for games on a regular basis depending on the amount of entrants?

I have seen some gaur games on diff networks disappear. But that is far and few between. Cake on the other hand Cake has made dramic changes in thier line up, but mostly the gaurantees.
It does seem to coinside with player volume.

The $500 minimum is a pain in the butt, but I actually like cake/intertops a lot. And to answer danders question they recently changed all of their GTD tournament schedule

They actually increased them! The 100k is now 110K!

Personaly i dont play in cake network but Lock Poker made the wrongest mistake when they leave from merge network cake software is ugly

The $100k guaranteed is now $110,000. And the $65k Guaranteed is now $80.
