Decided to play a little A-5 Lowball last night. Took an original $10 into a .05/.10-PL triple draw room and ran it up to almost $20 bucks. The room had some rally aggressive players in it and I knew if I just sat back and waited, I could double on a good hand. But a few hands after I won the double up hand I got dealt almost a nut hand of A2346 and the aggressive player in seat 5 started beating so I just called his every raise. We got down to the last draw and he still drew one on draw number three, and after a few bets and raises I’m all in and he flips A2345, grrrrrrrr. Was a little upset he caught the miracle draws to beat my almost nut hand, but decided to reload anther $10.00 into eh room and about 5 hands later this really fraked up hand is dealt out. Sometimes the poker gawds just have it in for ya and there’s nothing you can do about it, not really sure I could have played the hands any differently in either hand, just really nad luck I guess...
