If I remember correctly, it was August or October 2010. The new design was launched roughly one year after we launched.

I do hope they will continue with the site in the future. :D

Yeah I was wondering this myself because it has the looks of a much older site but I hadn't heard of it before this year that I can recall.

Poker.org was running for me from December 2011

Wish I joined the site earlier. I love it, great community, great tournaments, great articles. Top notch poker website IMO. I know i will be an active member on this site for the foreseeable future. I know PBB and AAchip from above and they are solid members too. Good luck to all in future tournaments.

Well, there are a lot of players in the games, makes the monetary expectation pretty low. That may be why there are not more players

For such a short length of time poker.org has managed to generate a lot of activity.It is my go to site since I joined a few months ago.

Its done nothin but gotten better for sure since the old days at power poker

What I've always wonder is how do this sites like poker.org make money. I know they get money for referring players and having other sites links up on there page but this site gives away a ton of money each season. Do they really make money or are they in the growing stage of their business and are actually losing money now to get more people on the site to later on get a larger profit?

I wonder that as well. Where would the funds come from for the freerolls they run here?

Why don't we just ask them for an annual report and take a look at their financials? :)

I think this site is a pretty cool site, I also hope it continues. I just recently became a member in the last 3 weeks. but since 2010. I think as long as they continue to get feedback, I dont know why they would stop it. Well gl all at da Felt!
