In my personal experience, here's a relatively easy way:

1) Post 1 hand/day
2) Comment on the hand --> explain why you did what you did
3) Make a few (at least 5 will be plenty sufficient) comments in forum posts (just like this) --> and they don't have to be long

This should help you bring in points pretty quickly and steadily :)

Best wishes to you and your success! :)

Just be active everyday. I see it's not that hard to get points.

Way to greet a fellow member... Being a newbie as well I am certainly glad I wasn't treated this way (so far). I'm not trying to pay my bills playing poker but I believe everyone who has the itch so to speak does take it seriously
I have joined a team and I plan on representing that team to the best of my ability.
I don't believe you have any right speaking to someone in this manner, though that is just my opinion.

Comment on post such as this or create your own. Ignore people who speak of their own ignorance. No need to be rude!

The info MatthewCluff posted is definitely good advice. Welcome to the community, you will see that an active member on this site that contributes will earn enough points to play, you can also refer friends that are not members to obtain points as well. Good luck at the tables!

I would just try to stay active. It is not hard to build enough points to play each week. Key is finding something you enjoy posting or someting iintrinsic to add to the post. There are plenty of topics to reply too. If not, you can create a thread.

Much like this post, you going to get great advice and some not so great. Take the negative stuff with a grain of salt. Welcome to the site, I'm also a fan.
