The only thing that means for you as a player, is if you had a rakeback deal at Full Tilt, and your rakeback provider was making special promotions for you, such as rake races, then you will not get that anymore.

Also, most likely Full Tilt Poker will replace the 27% rakeback with some standard VIP program instead.

As an affiliate, it simply means no more money from Full Tilt Poker. Also, no poker site will promote them.
