I'm not really annoyed by it. I'm more or less entertained by it!

I honestly don't believe that these donks would ever win the $1. Once they reach the FunStep2 and (if at all) the FunStep3's, they can't simply get an automatic pass to the next round or the $1 by allining first hand and 4-5xing their stack. They often lack the skill to sufficiently excel through anything past an initial "lucky" allin.

AA and KK does do better HU. Percentage-wise, they're often the biggest minority in multi-way pots pre flop. I usually take the chance, however as it is only a Funstep1. If you get eliminated, okay --> only a FunStep1; you get 10 of 'em in a day. If it holds, you're pretty much set for round 2 :) Ultimately depends on how much you value the FunStep1 coupons, I guess.

Maybe I will have to look at it as a way to be entertained, I am going to pre-flop shove with nothing next time just to see how it feels. The coupons do not have much value to me, I don't have time to play SnG's all day and don't always use them anyway.

I always fold to there all ins on the first hand. i have got a FS2 coupon after the first hand because they all shoved.

Its easier to play 10 step 1`s and sit out and get your 3-4 tickets for step 2 then and only then would I try to play ...!!

Lol those funsteps are funny !! kind of waste of time :p i used to do like donkin says , register for many and just sitout ,it will get me 2-3 tickets then i might play the next 1 :)

I could never play these. Way too much time to spend. If it were me, I would go all in every first hand on Step 1 too. I mean, why spend the time? Step 2 on, it makes no sense to shove every hand, but there is really no reason to put any effort into Step 1. In my opinion.

If it fun steps then its a scratch off ticket. Allin free for all. I tend to stay away from those. Since its just an allin fest. Tough to win against donkey luck.

If I have a good hand that I want to play this all in really bothers me when their just doing it and do not have a hand and they keep going all in hand after hand.

Think about who your playin with,and what they are looking for.a lot of fun steps are played by playes that want to try to get better at playing poker,and maybe win a buck.the other group of players are usually players that have won enough to get in a micro game,donk out right off the bat,and run back to the steps turnys to try and get a quik buck again.

The all in in the first hand is a piece of donk play .I fold usually.

I WAS annoyed BY THIS ALL IN STRATEGY ALSO WHEN i FIRST PLAYED THIS TYPE OF GAME. i QUICKYL REALIZED THOUGH THAT IF YOU'RE PATIENT AND WAIT FOR YOUR HAND, THAT THESE ALL INNERS END UP LOSING QUICKLY AND ONCE THEY ARE GONE, YOU END UP WITH THEIR CHIPS AND THEY END UP GONE.

I think it makes getting the step 2's that much easier. You let all the shovers knock themselves out then play a few hands and sit out for the win.
