Check ur email for a message from their support. If nothing there, email them to find out whats happening.

There has to be more to this story. Merge does not just go around and suspending accounts for no reason. You either did someone wrong or you dealt with someone that has done something wrong.

I am pretty sure they will give you a bit more info to why your accounts was suspended, but they wont be specif about it. You have have to send an email to the security department.

Well i just loged in to my carbon acc. Had no problems , matter a fact got my winter coupons.

I know from personal experience if your dep payment gets kicked back, after they have credited your acc they will doit then. without notice (the prepaid card i used kicked the payment back)
I made good on the funds via WU and in mins iI was back at the tbls. Not only that my Visa option was back. lol

I also know someone that multi acc's and got caught merge closed all his acc including one's that werent involved

So I would have to aggre with royal theres more to this

When you say merge accounts.did you have one on each skin, or several.if several! then no wonder they closed them,if you only have 1 on each, do as youve already been advised and contact support and ask for the reasons behind their actions.

If you just deposited on one or another maybe its something to do with it,a buddy of mine deposited useing a prepay and something went south,cant remember what the story was but he will be back home monday.I will ask him if no news as to what happened,I know he still cant play on merge,it was about 3 month ago this happened

Email them and ask for the reason. If you did nothing wrong, I am sure it can be clarified. GL to you for clearing this up.

Everyone i know that this has happened to had multi accounts that they finally figured out or tried to get rakeback from 2 diff sites or used the same card to fund 2 diff accounts

You should have done something to get suspended !! They don't just suspend for no reason !! email them and try to find it out !! good luckkkkkk

Someone else uses your computer with a different account to access the software from Merge? Your account was verified you send your personal documents to support? Contact us and ask for additional information to Merge support.

There has to be more to this story. Simply suspending accounts for no reason would be buisness suicide if word got out.

My situation is pretty old. But a friend got me into playing poker. He played pretty often on Full Tilt. I just messed around in sngs. but one sunday he offered to stake me for a $55 tourney. so he ships me $55. then about a week later, he wants to play an mtt, and is $5 short. so asks me to ship him $5.

Fast forward a month or two. i'm moving out of state. and his place is on the way out of town. i was gonna crash at his place for a few days. i ended up playing a few sngs over the course of the next couple days on his laptop. It was on my account, but his laptop.

While i was there, we went to casino one night and he said something about losing some $ on full tilt. and said something about starting a new bank account. i didn't really think too much of it.

Get settled in my new place. Get PC set up, and decide to play on full tilt. And .....my account is suspended. So turns out he deposited like $800 , lost it, and then disputes the charges, and due to my association with him, suspended my account also until he pays his debt. Now officially they couldn't tell me anything because it wasn't my account. Just that "due to my association" with another player, and to have that player contact them.

so even though all my deposits went thru no problem, and i never had an issue. i was never allowed to play on there again, because he never paid them.

So be careful who you associate your poker account with. In hindsight it probably saved me from losing my $ to full tilt, but i'd rather the whole situation didn't happen.

Like someone said, if I couldn't play I would go nuts. Playing cards is the only way I get through each day. I wake up and within a hour I'm playing cards and usually don't quit until about ten hours later. When you're 66 years old and live by yourself, what else is there to do. I'm an intervert so not much of a social life. But I enjoy life so it's all good. Take care ya'll

Maybe you said something at the table, someone else didn't like.Some people will report you for saying wrong thing.

I sent an email theyll get back to me monday probably. ive never made a deposit i just play with my free winnings on line.ive never shared info with other players and noone uses my laptop.i told a few jokes the night before nothing to bad though ill keep everyone posted on what i find out. ive been playin atjuicy and americas card room to pass the time i like the carbon sites though had some good friends there too hope they let me back.later

Its strange for merge to suspend every account on different sites all at once!!!!!

I still havent herd back from them i was on felt stars last the night before ill keep you all informed when i hear something i just wrote back to themasking for a reason and if theyd reconsider i dont think i did anything wrong we will see

Did you have more than one account per skin?

Thats sad i dont know what i would do without my poker. usually if they boot you from all skins it has something to do with fraud multiaccounting, depositing using other players info, chipdumping ect. gl to you i hope you get it figured out

If my Merge accounts got suspended, I'd be out 6 accounts and about 650 in real money.

Sounds unfortunate. You should get yourself sorted out with your own laptop and better friends.

Ive seen a lot of these type of posts, it usually doesn't end good. they are not in the habit of suspending without cause, Its too much trouble, and if your messing with their funds in anyway. They do exactly this.
