Sofa's sisk suck Hall of Shame WWS3 E3
There was no entry from event #2 , so there will be two from today's Event #3.
  1. First we have group 2 hand, , a 2 to 1 pre flop favorite all in against a weak group 8 one gapper (watch it here)
  2. Our second entry involves post flop action when hits the flop making it an 83% faxorite to win , gets chased down by a dominated airball with only a gutshot straight draw that catches runner runner for the four fkush. (watch it here)

Wow 97 off ?? Petar the pro only normal. He is good and lucky IMAO. The other hand, Hmmmm. Was interesting and should take note of it.

I think that this is funny when these hands are posted. I can kinda agree with the KQ play though I mean while its maybe a little loose of a bet on the flop I totally understand the play on the turn. Not bad at all. While the 97 play is bewildering lol who makes those kinds of plays and ends up getting second

With the AQ vs 97...I am not sure why it was all-in pre flop...It was pretty much a coin flip situation at that point.

Hand AQd vs 79os-----This happens with regularity as a chip stack raises to elimate players from the hand then when is raised he calls and hits his hand against better hole cards.

And all the sites no matter which somehow manages to produce the cards to favour such appalingly bad play

It may seem good big stack strategy the pre raise but a dumb play which will not work in the long run!

When i watch these hands only thing i can do is laugh. Very unlucky for those two players that went out the way they did.

Hand KQos vs A10s----Just the normal run of the mill hand on most sites which gives the weaker hand that 4x runner, is this not what everyone suspected??We will all have seen this happen so many times to a flush or st8 and now are not suprised when it happens....well at least I am not

So far most players are playing this like a freeroll.I was at a table last weekend some player at table kept going allin preflop till was put out by another player nobody could have that many allin hands in a row,but all an all still enjoy the games.

Im not.Your right it does seem like big stacks get favor over little stacks. Been on almost all sites and see the huge stack eat the little with crap. Only cause the big stack has chips to cover they call and win. No surprise but sick. I will say that KQ i guess ok besides the run of diamonds but 7 9. I know that petar is a dangerous player no matter how dumb his calls are. He manages to run deep and do well. So call him but dont be surprised if he knocks you out. I seen him do it so many times. Dont mess with the lucky guys if you have only skill. GL

ROFL Isn't that the honest to God truth ;) More so on merge for sure.

Have to wonder how many charms, if any, were involved wit the 9 7 off suit. :-/

Lots of different styles of play for sure and things to change and overcome in any game that's played can only make our individual game stronger and more positive. Best of luck to all.

Does everyone really think being a two to one favorite means you have your opponent crushed? That winning as a two to one dog is a miracle? If you do, you need to re-evaluate your thoughts on probability.

Most of these bad beats are player quality related, In other words if crappy players didn't bet into pots with their GARBAGE, then they wouldn't be able to catch, Runner, Runner

TakinOver -- that is one of the best quotes I have seen on here. "Dont mess with the lucky guys if you have only skill." That is soooooooo true. And we have all seen these things happen over and over again. We know anything is possible, even, runner, runner, runner, runner.

That 97off was good timing and luck. But the KQ was some sick stuft.

The AQ and 97 was just unlucky. I also have noticed that merge does tend to favor the big stacks.

I'm unable to view the hands?
I'm guessing, player with 97 was raising pre... putting pressure on table & then when AQ player RRAI, the guy with 97o was priced in to call. (not sure of stack sizes so I can't comment on whether or not I think it was correct play... one thing though I find many players doing is > raisin in later levels to steal blinds, & raising into alot of re-steal & shortstacks & doing so 'without a plan' (not knowing which players they'll be priced in to call if they get played back at, &/or not even realizing they'll likely be priced in to call many & sometimes 'all' of the reshoves... & in some situations might be better to just not raise pre because of this in the first place).

Another thing I notice is > alot of members who are posting on this site think that stack size of one player will have some sort of influence on how the cards are going to run out. Sorry but this is just ridiculous. Please do yourself a favour & shake this kind of thinking from your melons. To save you some time & trouble, I can guarantee you that you will not find evidence via a statistical analysis for something like this occurring (but also doubt you'd be able to come up with a hand sample size that'd be large enough to make any conclusions from). News for you though > it's been done before... many times! Sites have never had results that skew outside of norm over a sample size that would deemed to be adequate in size to even make a judegment.
Soooo.... you can put your minds at ease!! That big stack that has 36% equity with his K9o vs your AQ is always going to have 36% equity. (if he didn't win just over 1 of 3 times (in the longrun) 'then' I'd think there was a problem).
