RK are you saying a husband and wife can play if they are not in the same house lol? Are you suggesting a way to get around the rule too? Too funny!

Nope, just saying its probably has been done and only Guru can do anything about it. If anyone sees it being done, all they have to do is report it to Guru or help@poker.org and let them handle it.

I am not gonna spend my free time looking for stuff like that. I have better things to do.

The question keeps being asked and its a simple answer. league rules say no, but its happened since day one. You're telling me MPV and Ami cant play same league? Or Cat and evildoesit? The reason me and tara havent played was the complication with Merge. I had no idea that it was against league rules. Whats good for the goose is good for gander. Let them play.

Collusion would be rampant and there's enough collusion going on now without adding more ways for people to do it. Thats one thing I hate is colluder's, ran into that more than once.

Well if people have been doing it all along it is because like I said earlier, the rule is not enforced, but of course now with everyone calling attention to it who knows. Break the rules at your own risk as is always the case and be prepared for any consequences if they come at you.

Well heck ya cause i am a polygamist. Got them in their own little ranchers. Come on now!! This whole conversation is wack. What would stop me from calling you on your cell while we played. Or better yet yahoo messenger. There are a million ways to cheat if someone chooses to do so. Scrappy has to much love for the game for that bullshit. Cheat away!!!! Karma is a bitch.

Yes, a husband and wife living in diff households can both play in the league wingman...

....the rule is put in place so two people are not playing in the same event in the same house...so they cant easily collude....thats why the rule emphasizes household.

To me, the term "event" means tournament...not the entire collection of tournaments in the league. So from the rule I take it as meaning they cant play in the same event/tournament....

...but yes....obviously we need clarification on this from GURU asap.

OK not sure what you mean, but usually a husband and wife live in the same household do they not? Are you saying that every Sat and Sun one of the spouses leaves home to play?

No im saying that it says husband/wife because they usually live in the same household...and the rule centers around household....not husband and wife....the rule should just be changed to " cant play in the same event from the same household" and leave the words husband wife sister out of it.

The rule says what it says but no one with authority has clarified it yet. I agree that it needs that.

The fact that this blog has so many posts and interpretations is a good indication that the rule is to vague. Although the first word does say "NO"

Lets not go pointing the finger at people unless you have facts to back it up. AMI and MPV do not live together.

As far as the other members who is or is not. Where is the proof? Just like accusing someone of chip dumping. Ya need solid proof.

I really dont think Guru wants to lose members over this thing. Maybe alternating is allowed. Because if they are reg from the same IP, coupons will not get issued to both.

Just like the thing with playing at least 5 games to be allowed to play in the finals. That was enforced last season and was not enforced this season. And we did not know about the answer until after the game. Because the question was brought up and never answered. The answer was given after looking at some members profile and seeing someone did play just 4 games and played the finals.

Lets not discourage couples until Guru replies to this topic. I will send him this link so he can do so.
