Dont play crappy hands. PLay pocket pairs and suited connectors, high ones preferably.
And no when to fold when your beat. If you have pocket AA and the flop is KK9 and some goes all-in after the flop fold the AA. Just play smart. and you will do ok.

Save the shoves for "only when necessary"..take your time...it is your "seconds"
don't play all the players like they are all really good...tho we do have many in this league ...just get in the "poker" zone and play your game, try to forget its league play if it helps.
