The new “Winter Series” schedule has just been posted. Really looking forward to getting the rest of my team together and playing against all the other teams. I think this series will have a few more teams in it. I see a few new teams still forming, some of the players I’ve played against from other forums, should be a lot of fun.

The nice thing about the leguse series here is that you do not have to belong to a team to play in the events. Any poker.org member can play it and make an impact in the league standings, collect some cash and win some prizes in the final individual league standings.

So now that the schedule is posted, it would be nice to know who the competition is gonna be, I know there are some really strong teams out there as well as strong players who’ll be playing without a team. So leave a note, are you playing this series and if so what team are you on or are you going solo this series and how many trophies are you and or your team after this series?

I'm playing on a team as of now but to be honest with ya , i'm thinking of going solo or at least make my own team , still uncertain at the moment but i do have 15 days to think and decide on this , gl all in the new series .

I am thinking, go team. individuals may be able to compete but it has to be more of a challenge to be successful match after match. also, being part of a team ensures that one could miss a game or two. i am playing as part of a team. a small team,quality not quantity, is our choice.since this is our first series, we will see how it works out.

Team play only adds a slight advantage to make a lil' extra cash at series end, one can still make extra cash in the individual standings at series ends as well.

I hope to see team Army of One come together on this series. I need lot more work to keep with these guys and the rest of poker.org players. Will be nice to finally start with a team from the get go until the end. Will make this even more interesting.

We have 8 players on our team Villains 2 & our other team ( VOTF ) has 9 players and we have 4 already signed up for the first game . Most of us came from another forum & we have played against & with each other for a number of years & we always have fun . If Carbon allowed others to chat we would rail one another in our games & continue to have even more fun cheering one another on during the games . But , because of our high number of players , we may even start a 3rd team so beware of the Villains out there stealing your chips ,
we are looking to fill up our trophy case !

I would try and get on a team. You still have the opportunity to win just as much money as you would playing individually but you could also win more money at the end of the league if your team finished top 3 in the league.

This is my 1st series... If I find a team to join before league starts would be great, else I will run alone first game and top the leaderbpoard... then some teams might get interested in me joining them

Ever since playing on this site, I played solo, I received a proposal to join a team this time and I accepted my opinion was that it is better solo, but neither advantage nor disadvantage anyone now I try to see how teamwork is and I hope to help my new team and do not worry, good luck all
