I can see it is up and running, congratulations pokeryall! In my opinion, this is great for the forum, and as long as you can regulate it and handle all of the LLB traffic, I think it'll be great!
With that being said, I will probably not participate in LLBs. I have done them before, I found that I am more worried about beating my opponents and winning the LLB than playing optimally and reaching the final table. I tend to play too cautiously with LLBs

I have played a few games where there was a LLB but as the league will be played on Carbon I wont be playing any of these on there. I dont see why I have to forward all my bank details etc to any site to allow a transfer of my $$ held there on my behalf . I think thats real cheeky of them and intrusive

Not sure of the Carbon transfer policies since "Black Friday" I do know thta most poker rooms will sometimes make it's members show proof of id and ownership of a poker account before they are allowed to use the other active functions of a registered cash poker account, transfers, withdraws and what not, some require proof even before allowing player to player transfer for the first time.

I'll give it a go...sure...count me in....
i play LLBs occasionally with mates...i dont think it affects the way i play....
if a few people join in, it might be a cool idea to split the LLB into the 50/30/20 for the last 3 finishers...this could well drum up more business for the bet, as well as spreadin it about a bit...just an idea..:)

I personally don't like doing last longer bets because it changes the way I play too. I normally am willing to gamble and risk my stack but last longer bets make me nit up. Also when other players start stalling and playing slow to win LLBs it can be annoying. Besides that I think the idea of last longer bets is a cool way to hedge riks. I guess the idea would be to play with crazy players who bust out early.

... Kewl, I will post the first LLB registration page for the Sunday tournament once it appears in the carbon poker client lobby. Last longer bets ( LLB's) are a type of side bet in poker that’s made between 2 or more ( really no limit on the # of entries ) poker players in a tournament where the player that stays in the tournament the longest ( last players in LLB left still in the game ) will win the prize pool that is collected from all who enter “LLB” before the start of a tournament.
The LLB entry fee for each tournament would be paid by a transfer prior to the start of a tournament and the winning proceeds would then be transferred ( no rake withdrawn ) to the tournament winner of the LLB. It would be nice to get 10 to 15 players or more each tournament to enter the LLB, would be a nice little prize pool.
So if this sounds like something you would participate in, please leave a message here so that I may determine if there is some serious interest in proceeding with this endeavor, if I do proceed, the LLB's would be posted in the same location each week.
