I think reading in online poker, is only possible when you read the bets. How often and how many?!

Well most sites have ways to "tag" players with custom comments. What I do is tag those who go all-in all the time, raise and lose with horrible hands, etc. Those players I am a lot looser with as I know they bluff often.

I give you a tip, get a version of any poker tracker and learn how to use it, then you will be reading as hell

I agree, whenever I come across a player that plays a spesific style I note it down for later use, also the players that I can't read if I see their hands.
But playing looser against the loose players is no insurance of getting payed off, you can have the best possible draw with 16 outs and still lose to pair of 4 if that player won't fold anything, it even happens that they outdraw me when i have no apparent reason to lose my made hand....the best way to deal with the donks is surely to sit out and wait for a monsterhand or for them to make a mistake

Be the agressor, be the player that force decitions to other players rather being the passive omega. Every player on a table won't hit more than approxly 1/3 of the time, if you are the first one out after you raise then bet, if they then reraise you have a read that they are stronger than you, and you fold unless you have a made hand or a good draw to make the best hand.
A player that is the agressor tends to get more accurate reads than any passive players

I think that one thing most people forget about is checking how many tables a player is at. This is extremely important, because if you play against a guy who is playing at 4, 8 or 12 tables, this affects his game. He has less tells to rely on and plays with a typical ABC poker.

I actually love playing against these players because their ABC poker prohibits them from doing incalculable decisions.

Yes ioi! Very true, myself I experimented playing 3-4 tables a while ago and found out I was losing more than I would at only one or maybe two, the time is shortened and occationally I witnessed that I managed to fold AA or KK cause my time ran out due to a hand I had action with caught my attention
I like one table or two if I'm feeling great, but no more.

What I do in those cases is I just play them out until they're gone. There's been times I lose 1-2 buy-in's to one that happens to get lucky on a couple all-in's in a row, and then the next hand I wipe out everything they had. Of course there's still the risk there that they might run with the money, but if you are doing good BR management it shouldn't be an issue.
