As an American i can stand tall look you in the eye and say yes, we do love our sports, and athletes. This is a shout out to the enire Olympic Team USA !!!!!Great job, also, would like to Congratulate London on a spectacular 2012 Games. Great opening and closing day ceremonies, i always find it intriguing how different cultures put on the games, it is truly what makes the games so damn interesting . Please let me know your favorite Olympic moments. looking for the hearing from all of you.

Yeah, indeed great Olympics!
Great show, sportsmoments and organization - thx London!

Well as a good Patriot , besides other very nice moments, my favorite moment will be 'the flying Dutchman' Epke Zonderland at the high bar final.

It was all very well done...except for our womens soccer team that were screwed out of beating the States with very poor reffereing ( I know you all agree)and our boxer who also got screwed outta a medal because of horendous judging, always seems to be the case with boxing anyways!

Congrats to all the athletes!! I found myself glued to the TV to these strange events that I would not be even interested in if not for the olympic games (water polo, gymnastics, canoeing, etc). A lot of great stories, and London did a great job hosting the world for 2 weeks

Olympic fanatic here. Morgan Uceny, U.S. 1500m runner, fell down on the last lap in heavy traffic. Wish she would have gotten up and finished the race instead of throwing a temper tantrum was my favorite Olympic moment.

Got to admit that London put on an excellent show. Being a Brit i was very proud of the whole 2 weeks. For me though i think Mo Farah winning the 10,000 and 5,000 meters was my highlight of the 2 weeks. Sir Chris Hoy comes a close second though. Last highlight for me was Bradley Wiggins winning the Cycling road race. As he lives in my Town made me feel very proud.
