I drink joe.alot!!!jk!!actually i hacve a high tolerance for bs so its kinda hard to aggrivate me.on the rare occasion i do become agitated i usually just take my lab to the woods to play frisbee and let him swim.that to me is a very peaceful outing and the aggrivation just melts away(:

In my younger days I could understand the weed, and I still understand the romp with the old lady but I can't figure out the dictionary.

I thought I was the only one that got higher than martian farts when aggravated and read the dicionary!! LOL. My aunt used to drink wine after a bad day and read the dictionary... As you read and start to comprehend new words (and old ones) it washes out all the aggravation quickly it seems. I think it's just that you start to use a different part of the brain, than that part that is holding all of the anguish.

Lol yeah i have a pretty high bs tolerance myself. if you dont have a short memory you can go on tilt real easily...definitely go out for a walk, do something else for 30 mins if possible

I get up, walk outside and take a few deep breaths of air, come back inside and put on some music that I enjoy, get me a coke, light a cigarette, and tell myself "let's do this". The only time I really get aggrevated is when most of my hands are crap, or if people get attitudes on the table and start talking smack--that drives me up a wall.

Yes! Take a few minutes have myself a cigarette and come back with the right mindset. Take things one hand at a time. I personally HATE when someone chips up fast in a tournament and then becomes a bully. In freerolls i love to see flops. but that is also something I am focusing on NOT doing. because I quickly lose a few hundred chip just trying to see a flop. plus if someone is bullying you sometimes have to pay 100. So i focus on only playing good hands and not working myself up on "what could have been" I often browse on other sites like facebook after i fold so that way i know i made the right choice no matter the outcome. Sure i COULD have had more if I made a donk call. But im still in good shape ;) yah know?

i do the same thing, if im trying to not play so many hand an fold when i really want to call i fold then go an check out facebook or something lol but i love seeing alot of flops in freerolls but sometimes you shouldn't play like a donk theres too many of them in a freeroll as it is lol

Very rarely will i tilt.. cause i used to go on tilt very easily in the past, since then i really just had to calm my nerves.. i truly believe tilting is all about a mental approach to the game, and believing in yourself to not give up, or let anybody get the best of you.. bring your A game at all times.

First I rant and rave. I might even chuck my mouse across the room (I go through equipment quickly). I then get up and go check the mail (even if I already got the mail). By the time I get back, I'm back to normal, so I sit down and continue to play.

For me, I just look up some of Doyle Brunsons responses to those kind of situations that make me want to throw it all in, and he makes me laugh so hard that I can't help but keep it all in perspective. We are in the end, our own worst enemies or best friends in this crazy game of holdem!

I still have not found the foll proof way to not go on tilt i still go on tilt about every day and its really hard to play good poker when i am on tilt so i just leave the game and if i am still in it when i get back from doing whatever then i finish playing.
