I can't understand why are you reacting to teenager's trash talk, who has alot of problems. I believe the best way is to ignore and play your game.

Its just a question and I used emoticons that are allowed on merge in responce..I did just play my game but believe this is totally uncalled for IMO.

If it really bothers you and you think that reporting it will do some good, by all means report it. I tried to report someone on another site for really inappropriate comments to me, and they said something would be done such as him being removed from being able to play on the site, but guess what, I came up against him in another game a couple of days later and he was even ruder that time, so I gave up.

I've seen some bad chat, but this is pretty bad. I would either report it or just turn off the chat for that player so you can't see it. You can do this on most poker sites.

This has been happening since online poker began as we all know,report the snot nosed brat!

Also note that you can block an individual player's chat by double clicking on the players Nickname, a new window will pop up and in the bottom left corner of the screen you will see a Callout rounded rectangle; just click on it to ignore a player.

He's a punk kid I just take a screenshot of the assholes chat and say thank you very much and that's it. I don't have the time of day for this crap. If he were to do it during the game I just block his chat and let my cards do the taking. Sounds like he'll have his chat priviliges revoked. Pots

The slitting the throat stuff is where it crossed the line. When you report them they will get a chat ban on the site.

Man just send that to Merge, I' ve been suspended for saying a whole lot less than that. Sorry you had to deal with that bologna.

The best thing to have done would be just to report him,block him, and be done with it if you found what he said to be offensive not to go on carrying a conversation with him

Going postal over a cash game is just crazy. If you are betting your last dollar on poker I could see getting mad but not that mad.

Yes, it should be reported. That definitely crossed the line, just stopping his chat is not enough.

I think I probably would have blocked his chat before it got that far, but if I hadn't, I would have been totally shocked. Though I'm not sure why. It's amazing to me the things people say on here, and then they'll claim it's just part of the game, and trying to get someone to tilt. I'm not sure why it is necessary, or acceptable. But I also know that even when you report someone, all the planets have to be in alignment for the powers that be to actually do something about it. Hopefully that is the case here. I'm just glad he's not on our league. Right?

I had a similar situation months ago. The guy threatened to come to Canada and kill me or something like that haha. TBH, I do find it funny but I don't find it acceptable. He actually plays on Hero Poker -- I'm sure some of you guys have seen him. Someone like Royal who goes all in every hand would likely cause him to spaz. He goes by the name of cincinnatireds or something like that. Just go all in every hand at his table and you'll get him going :)

Wow, that was pretty over the top, even for poker. Someone people think because they are behind the "safety" of a computer monitor that they can do and say things that would never fly face to face. I hope he gets the appropriate slap on the wrist, and that he learns to control himself a little better in the future. Ozark I think you kept your cool pretty well, considering.

Ehhh, I never really chat back at people. No reason to really. But what's done is done. I guess since I never chat at people, I never really thought about reporting people. Hmmm.

These kind of ilitercy peeps must be on ignore. if they try chat towards u U shud not say them back anything in return because they dont know how to behave. ppl who use mf word are not good they shud b ban from play they can do all this with their frnds when they come over home but not online its not done. wen ppl talk rubbish is fun to read but some ppl cross limit and be abuse that is wrong. as for fuuu this is ok but only on carbon evn i do this sometime i like this emoticon

This is totally uncalled for it goes be on threat and has no place in poker or for that matter in society it should be dealt with at the top tear level at the poker site

just ignore them for the fact that they are playing to get a mental fun out of it. people who play for fun will make dumb decisions they dont understand poker and have many flaws easy to take advantage of.

Yes,you should report any abusive or threatening chat..they need to learn table respect somehow,or booted out until they learn respect.
The poker sites can disable any player chat as a warning!

I wouldnt report it,turn your chat off and you will never see anything bad

I would just ignore him, you hit the ignore button on him and all of this is over with, sure he was inappropriate but going to report him is just being a little rat, just hit the ignore button and all is resolved maybe others would like to see his chat.
