After two years of writing news stories in the poker industry, she was working full time, creating news stories, biographies and reviews for online gambling companies. Natalie Parker was born and raised in a small town outside of Houston, Tx, where she attended school and took a strong interest in learning everything she could. Though she loathed her English lessons for over-complicating the intuitive and natural flow of the language with tedious labels like ditransitive verb and adverbial conjunction, she nonetheless managed to excel at both reading and writing. As a child, her favorite books were encyclopedias, dictionaries and her mother's tattered paperback thesaurus, as every reference book virtually guaranteed she would learn something new each time she opened it.
Natalie's insatiable curiosity and thirst for knowledge fueled her childhood aspirations to become either a librarian, or a researcher and writer for the Encyclopedia Britannica. However, life took a different turn when Natalie gained access to the internet in 1994. Suddenly, a whole new world of possibilities opened up, and her first mission was to learn how people loaded information into this wondrous, new communication tool. It wasn't long before the knowledge she had gained about the ever-evolving interfaces of the world wide web landed Natalie a job writing markup for a hosting and web design firm in Maine. The seemingly insurmountable challenge of achieving cross-browser compatibility, along with the encouragement of her employer to delve into many other aspects of web design - including graphics, marketing and copy writing - allowed her to continue to feed her love of research and learning.
After nearly a decade of working in the various subsets of web design, Natalie was suddenly faced with a welcome opportunity to work for a web content provider, who's primary focus centered on the internet gambling industry. An avid card player, Natalie happily spent the next year researching and writing news stories, reviews, instructional articles, and
professional poker player bios for numerous affiliates. Now working exclusively for Poker.org as a news editor and technical writer, Natalie Parker lives in Houston with her family, and enjoys playing online poker in her spare time.

Cathy "LadyHoldem" Roberts has been working within the gambling industry for the last ten years. Cathy was born in Portland Oregon, where she first learned to
