PokerStars is bringing back the popular Red Spade Open this month and the event will kick off next weekend. The $55 Red Spade Open III will offer an amazing $1,000,000 guaranteed prize pool with the first place winner earning $200,000.

The event will take place on February 26th and offer the large prize pool as well as $100 bounties on the Team PokerStars Pros and Team Online players. Anyone who is able to knock out these players will earn the $100 bounty, so on top of the large prize pool, there is added opportunities to earn cash.

Players can buy-in directly to this game or win their seat via a satellite. The satellites will take place at the online poker room right up until a few days before the event starts. Players can compete in the Red Spade Open by opening the PokerStars lobby and clicking on the Tourney and then Special option.
