Daniel Tzvetkoff, who is accused of having handed U.S. authorities information that led to Black Friday, was spotted in New York City on Sunday night. Tzvetkoff is believed to be in New York under witness protection by the FBI.
A District judge has accepted to allow Black Friday indictee John Campos to plea guilty on a misdemeanor charge. Campos faced up to 35 years in jail, but only played a minor role in the charges against him, prosecutors said.
A New York Judge has ordered prosecutors to explain why they allowed John Campos to plea guilty to a misdemeanor charge to avoid his case going to court. The case will now go on hold until June 27.
