The World Series of Poker Africa will begin in Johannesburg, South Africa, on February 21. Hosting this year's series will be none other than five-time WSOP bracelet winner and 1998 Main Event Champion, Scotty Nguyen.
Johannesburg will be the venue for the first ever WSOP events on African soil. The WSOP Africa kicked off on Monday, and will be running for the rest of the week with a $5,000 Main Event to start tomorrow.
