Titan Poker has upgraded the site software to include a new BackBet function. The BackBet addition allows players to engage in prop bets, wagering on various kinds of action at the tables.
Titan Poker has announced a new addition to its
online poker software, introducing the BackBet option.
The BackBet feature is the latest step forward from the the iPoker-based Titan Poker skin, and will allow players to engage in a series of proposition bets as the games are played.
Essentially, the function allows players to bet on what they think will happen during a hand, with possibilities for prop bets including what cards will be dealt on the flop or as the players' hole cards.
In order to engage in the BackBets, players will have to be seated at a designated BackBet table, where a single click on an icon displayed next to the table image will open a side bar.
Here, players will be able to choose between a number of betting options, with a complete betting history made available for punters to keep track of their betting.
Additionally, players will have to be active at the table, meaning that no bets can be made while sitting out on the action of the actual game.
Among the many options for wagering on the outcome of a hand are "Board Cards," "Bet the next pocket" and "Folded Cards Bet".
Betting on the board cards will allow players to wager on what cards will be dealt as community cards, with odds provided by the software to determine the potential profit of a successful bet.
Similarly, players can also choose to bet on what cards they think they will be dealt next, and finally, the "Folded Cards Bet" allows for wagering on what kind of hand a player would have made, even when the cards are folded.

Titan Poker website.
