Viktor Blom crushes Ben Sulsky in PLO session
Last night the two young online cash game specialists Viktor "Isildur1" Blom and Ben "Sauce123" Sulsky clashed in a PLO battle on PokerStars. Blom crushed his opponent and won $123,662.
Those days are over, when the cash game pots reached seven figures as it did in the autumn of 2009. The main character generating these monster pots, Swede Viktor "Isildur1" Blom, is still raging the cash game tables, however now playing at much lower stakes than he used to.

Back in 2009 the Swede competed on $300/$600 and $500/1000 stakes, while his level today is primarily on the $50/$100 blinds.

Yesterday Blom clashed with another successful online specialist, American Ben "Sauce123" Sulsky, in a PLO $50/$100 session. In the more than 1000 hands long session Blom smashed his opponent Sauce123 and earned $123,662, which equals over 12 full buy-ins.

Isildur1 continued running hot the rest of the evening and ended up as the most profitable player last night with a $153,506 score.

Second most lucrative winner was "le kork" with $68,221. "Le kork" has had an amazing last month with a total win of $466,484. His total profit in 2011 is $653,305

Andreas "Skjerv?y" Torbergsen secured his bank roll an extra $43,568 in third spot on the ranking list.

Ben Sulsky, on the contrary, dropped $123,662 as the biggest loser last night, followed by Ilari "Ilari FIN" Sahamies with $43,341 in minus and the French high stakes player Rui "PepperoniF" Cao dropping $32,814.

I always thought it was a very smart move from PS to buy Blo. They brought some decent highstakes games to their lobby, where they had close to nothing before. Many players come just to play isildur

I don't really like Blom either. But this has to be great for him, beating on worse players while people are at the WSOP

I would like to see him go heads up against patrick antonius or phil ivey for a set amount of time or hands, would be interesting to see who grabs the victory plus the hand history would be priceless.

I think Isildur would win at most stakes against Ivey or Antonius. He would definitely win online -- I think he is the best online HU Cash specialist currently.

That being said, I think Ivey or Antonius would win more often in live games against Blom.

I'm tired of hearing about Blom and I don't care what he is doing no more then he cares what I'm doing. One thing if I were ever to pull off an incredible feat like he did in 2009 I have well over 6 and half million in the bank and be set for life. And still have the bucks to play the nose bleeds.
