Yeah Ben, They stopped processing Visa from US players. Its tough getting money on any sites nowadays. Good luck in the freerolls every weekend and hopefully you can get some money that way

As far as I'm aware, you cannot get a live chat either via phone or chat with Carbon Poker Support. I am someone who's experienced the EXACT same situation that you're in right now: I have successfully deposited using my card in the past, and now (I've tried about 18 times or more total, probably), the processor always denies the transaction. And upon having them "unlock" my card after the 3 times trying, the most recent response was the most helpful I've ever received. The below text is a section that was copied from their reply email.

...It is not always easy for us to determine exactly why your card has been declined. I can mention a few reasons and some option.

One reason might be that your bank recognizes the charge as coming from an offshore destination and blocks the charge.

Another reason might be that you have made several charges in a short space of time (not necessarily to us) and your bank has blocked your card.

You can try using any other Visa credit or debit card. However, I will recommend you try using a Visa international gift card, just make sure that the card is good for international use and that it is activated before you try making the deposit.
Also, CashTransfer [ie. Western Union] - the best way to deposit at CarbonPoker...

I hope this assists you. I've gone with the Western Union deposit a few times and it's been smooth sailing. Only drawbacks from that, though, are that it's minimum $100 deposit and a $12 fee at the Western Union office. I'm thinking about trying out the VISA Gift Card option as stated in the most recent email reply I received (see above). (I'm not too sure if it works.)

I dont think it has to do with the VISA trademark. I believe it has to do with the bank and the payment processor due to Black Friday. The DOJ got more strict on online gambling and most banks block the VISA for online gambling.

I know of a pre paid visa that just might work. You can send me a pm and I will give you the details.
