PKR's POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
PKR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Have you experienced the same? Let us all talk about it for I myself was shocked upon knowing how a long time client like me gets dumped by PKR instantly. I still have pending balance with them maybe that is why they are doing this. I have asked to check on the status of my account for I have forgotten my old account's PW and created a new one. They suspended the account after several deposits I made and the good thing is I have already sent all the necessary documents (which I shouldn't have anyway) like my Social Security Card with my social number on it plus picture (back and front). Copy of my MASTERCARD which have my name and signature on it plus the card details. My NATIONAL TAX ID CARD with my name, address and picture same as with my PKR ACCOUNT. Purchase recipts with my name and address on it matching everything on my card. My bank info with my name and address on it matching my PKR account and yet I have been mistreated and asked to wait over and over again? Very cool PKR. I asked your representative if she could give me his/her social and my chat was terminated? You are asking so many verification information and yet your staff won't verify themselves and just terminate my chat session AFTER WAITING FOR HOURS? COOL! Now, why am I posting this? BECAUSE I AM HAPPY! NOW YOU KNOW! You blocked me in FACEBOOK, TWITTER and GOOGLE and where else? Can't you prove that I am wrong and just making stories up? You'll hear more from me. EXPECT THAT IF THIS WILL NOT BE RESOLVED IN THE NEXT HOUR! I am sure there a a lot of other people out there who had the same experience and will post their share of BAD SERVICE as well. You have my pending balance now are you happy? I will not fight for the money but I will surely fight for my right as a client! A customer who was maltreated and humiliated by YOU! PKR! I expect a manger to handle my concern NOW. Not a spiel in your live chat saying "I AM THE HIGHEST IN AUTHORITY THAT YOU CAN SPEAK WITH RIGHT NOW" CRAP! THEN YOU TERMINATE THE CHAT SESSION AND BLOCK YOUR POOR CLIENTS. Everyone please add to the thread. They should never get out of this kind of service and run away with our money. MORE TO COME. IF YOU WILL KEEP A HOLD OF YOUR POOR DEALINGS WITH CLIENTS LIKE US!
