I don't really know much about PKR but it appears there's a way to email them for support (which with a lot of sites is the norm). That may be worth giving a try; I've had some of the sites email back within minutes (I think the shortest response I've gotten was 3 minutes!), so while it may not be live, it can still work out, :).
