Basics
You can find the Fun Step games under the Sit N Go tab on any skin (i.e. Carbon, Lock, RPM) on the Merge Network. I reference Carbon, Lock and RPM as those are the Merge Network skins I have accounts on.

The best part of Fun Steps games are that they are free. You use your play money to acquire the coupons.Go to Carbon,click the 'promotions' tab on the upper left,click 'fun steps',adjust your filter to find 'play chips'.

There are three steps, Fun Step 1, Fun Step 2 and Fun Step 3.
Fun Step 1 – Top three players advance to Fun Step 2.
Fun Step 2 – Top two players advance to Fun Step 3 and third place gets another Fun Step 2 entry.
Fun Step 3 – First place gets a $1.

To be able to register, you must get a fun step ticket. You can exchange play money for up to 10 Fun Step tickets a day. You can have only one Fun Step 1 ticket at a time. You can have as many Fun Step 2 or Fun Step 3 tickets but they have expiration dates. So if you don't you use the Fun Step 2 or Fun Step 3 within the expiration date (where to find the expiration date will be addressed later) you lose them.

Step 1


Here are 3 ways for you to get to STEP 2 with little to no effort. I make NO promises or garumtees (- 5 spelling).

First way is to register and sit out (as in not play). If you do this with all 10 tickets u get daily you can count on placing in the Top 3 spots 3 out of the 10 tickets on average.

The second way is to register and sit out til blinds get to 25/50 and then sit in ( start playing). They are 7min levels and when you start playing the shove fest ( all the donkeys all in all in everyhand should be gone). Yes u may be at a small chip disadvantage but that is ok because the top 3 positions give you a ticket to round 3. This is the method I perfer. I normally get 8 out of 10 tickets

Lastly you grind it out. Maybe not as easy because like I said earlier its a shovefest so go ahead and grind it out but be patient in Step 1 in first levels people will call with anything!!!

next we are going to go over a few steps on how to make STEP 2 a little easier for you to advance to STEP 3 and win your dollar. Since I have been typing this I have won 9/10 STEP 1's and 2 Step 2's. ok I type slow. Anyways whatever you do DO NOT FALL FOR THE ALL IN FIRST HAND TRAP !!!!!! I am not kidding. Unless you KNOW you are for sure gonna win DON'T. This is a trend that I have been seeing more and more for STEP 2 as these steps are becoming more popular. I have seen more poket aces get cracked like nobodys business opening hand in STEP 2 by all sorts of junk. ( that can be a topic all in itself).

STEP 2



Ok STEP 2 after initial shovefest is over just relax and sit back and only play your blinds. and sometimes not even those until blinds are 30/60. There is no reason to blow your wad early because all you get is big disappointment. You want to play conservative because STEP 2's will go until blinds are 150/300. By playing this way you are accomplishing to things. the first getting respect for the hands you do play. You could have complete garbage but because you are playing so few hands NOBODY knows the difference. Second you are at least keeping your chip stack relative to the blinds. Now obviously if you see a chance to take down a monster pot go for it but keep in mind this is online poker and runner runner catches are almost garunteed. STEP 2 player wise has 2 distinct groups of players. The lucky donks who won by shoving their chips in the pot blindly in STEP 1 and walked away victorious in their minds eager to BS their way to STEP 2 and you the wise player who is waiting for those Donkeys. In following these simple steps you should get out of your 8 STEP 2 tickets about 5 STEP 3 Tickets and a cool trophey picture. :)

STEP 3 SHOW ME THE MONEY




STEP 3 is where you need to put on your game face. Just think you have battled through 18 people to make it to where you are at now and only ten people stand between you and your $1.00 winnings. You are scratching yur head im sure saying 10 people? Thats because you are battling 9 other people and YOurself when it comes to Step 3.

First and foremost do not get tunnel vision. what I mean by this is don't over value your hand and try and play hero because a dollar is on the line. As many STEP 3's as I have played they all where never won by trying to knockout as many people as possible. There are tournys for that. those are called Bounty tournys.

Secondly play your game like you have in STEP 1 and 2. There is a reason you made it this far. Don't try and fix something thats not broke.

and lastly dont fall asleep while your playing...oops that one was for me. anyways stay positive and patient and a little luck never hurts. You follow these simple steps and with your 5 STEP 3 tickets you should win at least 2 if not all 5 STEP 3.

If you play your cards right and follow this you should make at least $2.00 a day if not $5.00 but I am realistic so we will settle on $3.00 a day which is what i do. Thats $21.00 a week for having fun and building bankroll. Hope this helps and have a great day.
