Won a $10 ticket, Tuesday for placing 2nd or 3rd in a 250 player tourney. Got to put the ticket to use this evening. Placed 2nd out of 61 players to cash for $49, and also won $5 bounty since I took someone out.
Also won a $1 ticket on Tuesday which I get to use Saturday afternoon. Increase that bankroll.
Sore back for 5 of 6 days. Has kept me to 1 or 1.5 mile walks instead of the 3 mile walks I usually take. Yesterday was the best day for my back, so I got in 30 pullups, only to reinjure my back today. I don't care. I will always have muscle injuries because I am just starting to fall apart at age 52. I like to use it while I still got it. Finished 150 stationary jumping jacks, and 30 pushups today. Planks done, and side planks done.
Thought my weight would go up from 176, 177 to maybe 180 pounds, but hopping on the scale today, says 173. I'll take it.
One daughter bought me the 2 crispy fish sandwiches for $3 at Checkers, on her way back from taking the grandchild to the dentist. I drove to the other daughters house and she served me salisbury steak, with mashed potatoes and corn. Got to watch Yo Gabba Gabba with the other set of grandkids.
Tried winning a laptop today. 371 entrants. I placed 21st.
Placed 5th earlier this week in a different tourney which paid me $8.
Almost won $27 in a tourney, but went tilt and did not money in a tournament. Doh.
-
Placed a $616 bet to win $198 that Obama will win the election. I think my odds were
at -310. If I would have placed my bet a week ago, the odds were -190.

Got in a 3 mile walk at the park today. It has a 100 meter hill to climb on each of my 6 laps.
Wore sweat pants and a hoodie because it was 61 degrees and a 15mph wind. Earlier this week, walked a 3 miler with my son in law for a midnight release of the game Borderlands 2 at the local Gamestop. Bundled up in gloves and scarf because the temp was 41 degrees.

A friend of mine goes through assistants pretty quickly. One of his assistants does not like to wash their hands before serving his meal. Another one likes to show up late, which makes his other assistant late going to his workout. I said I could help him over the weekend until they find him another assistant on Monday. So tough to find good help these days, didn't a political candidate say that recently?
Placed 3rd in the triumvirate last night, winning another $20. (2nd time within a week).
Placed 2nd in a tourney today and won $10.
Won $36 in one of my sportsbets, risking $25. Had to give away 1.5 runs for the good odds,
but they won by two runs, so my bet won, 7-5 being the final score of the ballgame.
Yesterday, got in a 3 mile walk, walking 6 laps at Cambridge City Park which
has a nice steep hill to climb. 6 laps, 6 steep climbs.
Today, had two of the grandkids drive their toy Cadillac Escalade to SuperAmerica
while I walked briskly beside them. Then we stopped at McDonald's across the street
for a 49 cent ice cream cone. Of course, they wanted to play at the playland.
It was a 3 mile walk round trip.
My daughter made Havardi Caraway cheeseburgers for dinner, with mashed potatoes,
and corn.
Well, placed the lowest ITM you can get in two separate games today.
In one, I won $20 for placing third in the triumvirate. It had about 185 players. With four people remaining, the chip leader had over $246,000 chips and usually you can place top three in this if you get about $125,000 chips. I had $91,000 chips and worked it to $125,000 chips before dropping down to $38,000 chips. It took about 40 minutes, but to my surprise the bubble turned out to be the guy who at one time was the chip leader.
In another tourney, I won $19 for placing 3rd. It had 15 players and had an entry fee of $3.
I lost another $3 entry tourney I was in when my AK lost to an A3 when 245 showed on the board, then my K7 lost to K3 when a 3 came on the flop.
I lost a $7 free ticket tourney that I had won for tweeting. My AJ suited lost to 92 suited when the 2 popped up on the flop.
Went on half mile walk with one of the grandkids. Spent an hour outdoors with the other grandchild. And a third grandchild enjoyed sitting in my car playing for an hour. It was 63 for a high today, so very comfortable sitting in the vehicle with the grandchild.
Made hamburger and ramen with cheese for dinner. Dang, I love pasta.
Tough game at the tables today. Was in a $5 buyin. Only 29 players. 4th gets paid $117. 1st gets paid over $400. Knocking someone out gets you $2. I knocked out two players. Then with 6 players remaining, I go in with AA. The other guy flips his cards, AJ. I feel so good. Then, am horrified when the flop is 10, 9, 8. Sure enough a river Q shows up. I would have had 30,000 chips and been chip leader and 3 other players had chips of 6,000, 6,000, and 9,000.
I was looking at the first place payout, thinking $400 would be a good return on my $5. I instead ended the hand with 3,000 in chips. I lasted longer than another player after I won a hand with an Ace high flush. But, I still ended in 5th place, out of a triple digit payday.
Took one of the grandkids to the Dollar General and bought him like a 50 piece erector set. I went to the gas station and filled up a tire with some air. Little did I know that when he got out of the car, he threw away the box with a picture and the instructions that go to the erector set.
So, his Mom did a decent job assembling the toy, having only 8 pieces remaining and used 42 of the pieces. Later that day, I found an erector piece in the car, I had already told the grandson not to open the box in the car.
Got the three grandkids to the park for an hour today. I had them walk the three blocks there and back as I have a sore knee for the last week and did not want them having an easy time on their bicycles. I wanted to wear them out a little bit for their parents, too.
Got in 30 pullups at the park and 150 stationary jumping jacks.
Won 2nd place in a tourney with 5 entrants. I paid $3 to enter, paid me $7.
Placed top 99 in a tourney and I got paid $15.
Placed 4th in a tourney winning $22.
Got the three grandkids on a walk today. Jogged a half mile twice while one
of the grandsons rode his bicycle with training wheels.
Pulled the granddaughters bicycle a mile. She does not know how to steer or pedal,
but the three yr old enjoys her bicycle rides.
Then the last grandson got in his bicycle ride. Jogged a mile while he rode his bicycle
beside me.
Decent day at the online poker tourneys. Spent $2 to get in a $25 added tourney. Placed 2nd out of 14 players to score $15.
Placed 96th out of 551 players in another tourney and won $6.
Placed 2nd in another tournament out of 250 players tonight to win $10.
Took one grandchild on a half mile walk, then another grandchild on a half mile walk.
Then took all three grandkids to the park. I pulled a muscle in the bottom part of my leg catching a frizbee that only required me to walk three steps. I could see the vein sticking out about 3 inches in length right above the achilles tendon. Funny I can do 4 of my 45 second sprints, and jog a mile, but injure my leg just moving three steps to catch a frizbee thrown by a 2nd grader.
Watched the three grandkids today, while my daughter and hubby celebrated their 5th year of marriage.
The other daughter wants me to drive with her to get the comforter set promo at the casino an hours drive from here on Thursday. Oh, yeah.
Got me a pair of tangle free headphones. Now tell me, how can headphones not tangle up? I did put them in this egg holder they come in, mashing them in cause they barely fit back inside the container. You know what, they did come out the next day without getting tangled. I will have to do a repeat test, cause I just don't believe there is such a thing as tangle free.
Turned a $2 ticket on one of my Merge sites into an $11 ticket by placing top 14 out of 50 players. Also, used 200 player points on Bovada and won a ticket to a $7500 tourney by placing top 15 out of 50 players. Received another $10 from Bovada since I earned 50 player points playing on their site from Monday thru Sunday. The promo runs this week and next week.
Requested a payout from a Merge site today. Figuring I better get while the getting is good. Last Merge site took 7 weeks. Also, have two other Merge sites that I sent paperwork in to make things easier when it comes time for a withdrawal, sent them their authorization form, copies of ID Card, and copies of credit cards.
Looking forward to that time when I can receive my Full Tilt funds.
Got in a mile walk today. Then took each of the 3 grandkids on a half mile walk.
Did alot of pullups today even posting some of my workout on Facebook. Got in 4 sprints of 40 seconds at the school down the road. Also, played some tetherball which I just bought from an online store. There are 4 tetherball poles with a chain halfway down the pole at the school down the road, so I just latch it on one side with a carabiner to the tetherball that came with string and it was all ready to hit. Threw some frisbee into the wind for 20 minutes.
Been getting in a lot of Olympics watching.
Did not make as much as I would like to make. I won $3 and I won $5 in poker tourneys. My poker.org team is in 4th place before Saturdays game took place.
Earned 50 player points on Bovada since Monday, so they will be getting $10 to me. Part of their promotion going on this past week and the next 3 weeks.
I also have over 200 player points on Bovada, so on a slow day I will enter their 200 points entry that awards the top 15 players a ticket to a $7500 freeroll. I saw one the other day that had less than 12 entrants, and as long as 4 people register, they do not cancel the tournament. I am not afraid to look for an easier way along my poker journey.
Won $24 betting baseball.
Went to holler at grandkids for being up at 4 in the morning, but their Dad was snoring on the couch, and they said their Dad is letting them watch TV so they will not be afraid of the storm. Well, I had to do some yelling at myself as I zoomed outside and rolled up two windows, and my drivers side was pretty damp from the downpour.
Got in a mile walk with the grandson. Then got in 3 mile walk,. then jogged half a mile twice, in 4:19 and 4:11.
Dinner consisted of Chicken Patties. Had two glasses of strawberry revelle ice cream with caramel topping poured on top for dessert.
