How to upload a poker hand?

Am completely new to this, am trying to upload one of the hands I had Wednesday night at the Omaha free roll. So if anyone would be so kind as to post some instructions. I would really appreciate it. If anyone wants to know whats so special about this hand. it was my first straight flush in my four years of playing poker.

LOL I was lucky to get my avatar uploaded here. It's not the one I wanted, but it was the first one (out of many tries) that it would accept, so I said "screw it, works for me" 
Congratz Bugs on your first straight flush, it is exciting to get one but the big question is...Were you able to extract any chips for it? I hope someone comes along that can help you, if anything you could always message one of the Administrators for answers.
