Another Carbon Poker
We think that a legit business having a support forum does that for the sake of their customers, maybe more, for the sake of the business itself. I used to think that this is true for Carbon Poker too.
Well, it's not like that.
Yesterday Carbon Poker had a HU shoot-out tournament, that turned ugly, since out of 637 registered players, some 80 were playing, meaning that long hours of wait were needed to flush out the sitouts, that were exchanging chips. So I turned to the support forum, where I found the password in the first place, even before registering.
What did I find there? People having the same innuendos, same hate messages, even worse, the moderator, the head of the gang, did nothing to calm them and even added his own obscene remark.
I don't know, maybe that's the image Carbon Poker means to show the world.

You can't blame the people.
It was unprofessional of the way this was setup.
The moderator should have a consequence, but it isn't the Network's fault.. They just put up a FREEROLL for your enjoyment.
Noone said you have to play it.
Just my 2cents.

The "contact us" form of the CarbonPoker support forum doesn't work

so none can ever complain against the gang that hijacked the forum, or anything that doesn't work there at all.
Trying to explain the forum issue to the poker room, got me directed to the same forum, where I honestly don't even try to look...

It's always like that at Dracula Poker in their Dracula Exclusive Freerolls too.

In some way this so called "support forum" for CarbonPoker reminded me of some Fool Tilt's forum, filed with tens of spineless yesmen, whose only doing was to spam any slightly negative post with personal attacks replies. It was a weird thing to see, never got to understand what they would gain outta that.
