We think that a legit business having a support forum does that for the sake of their customers, maybe more, for the sake of the business itself. I used to think that this is true for Carbon Poker too.
Well, it's not like that.
Yesterday Carbon Poker had a HU shoot-out tournament, that turned ugly, since out of 637 registered players, some 80 were playing, meaning that long hours of wait were needed to flush out the sitouts, that were exchanging chips. So I turned to the support forum, where I found the password in the first place, even before registering.
What did I find there? People having the
same innuendos, same
hate messages, even worse, the moderator, the head of the gang, did nothing to calm them and even added his own
obscene remark.
I don't know, maybe that's the image Carbon Poker means to show the world.
