Poker Stars
PokerStars has today announced to have reached a deal with the United States Department of Justice to acquire the assets of Full Tilt Poker.

That's the news. Now what that means?
The good thing is that FullTilt players will finally get payed, even PokerStars is taking into account that, re-starting FullTilt, many of those players will not ask for their money...
The bad things are that the US online poker market is swallowed by a mega-shark, with details whom we might not ever know.
Another is that the new FullTilt might not be the same. Who knows? Maybe it will turn into a copycat of the cheap PokerStars, with super turbo freerolls with 10K players, with prizes for the last 72, meaning 0,0072% of the field, and not a dime in the middle but tickets to tournaments...

There's so many players at PokerStars and that is one of the reasons I don't like it there.

This is one of those wait and see, type deals. I think it will still be some time before we will see the return of Full Tilt. One thing you can almost guarantee, once Full Tilt is up and running,(of course assuming there is a return) one would hope they will be prepared for the onslaught of online players to make their appearance to the site, in droves! We will see...
