I rely on beer, and alcohol lol. But in all honesty I don't believe that any physical item can influence Luck. Or the way cards are laid on the felts. I say It's more of the mental state of the player. if he/she is feeling it(In a good mood) I say he/she will perform above average, or at least above their usual finishes.

I apologize for the double post.

No gimmicks just me and hopefully be in the right frame of mind to succeed.

For now, I have no lucky charm or article of clothing. But there has been one thing that has helped me as I play online.....music. For me, sometimes (but not always) the music I am listening to influences my style of play. If it's smooth and calm, such as Bob Marley, I tend to play passively even to the point of becoming a calling station. If it's hard and upbeat music, such as Nicki Minaj or Metallica, I tend to be very aggressive. It can also put me in just the right state of mind needed to hype myself and to help me believe that I WILL take a certain tourney down. Ultimately, it has to do with how I am feeling that day. But as foldilox stated, it all comes down to being in the right state of mind, to do as well as a player can, so I say whatever works for someone....GO FOR IT!!!!

I do not use anything when i play to try to give me luck. Do you use any items that give you luck? If so what items do you use?

Nope i aint superstitious,just sit down and play,i play my best when im in the zone.but its sometimes hard to get in the zone,i have to be in the right frame of mind.good cards help[lol]being fit and well out side of poker helps to,not a good idea trying play poker when you have worries in the real world.
