I can throw QQ easily away pre if i got solid read on my opponent. But throwing a KK pre flop takes some serius skill in my opinion.

I think for me, it really depends on how the betting/raise structure is leading to the allin (cash games) and/or how many BB I have left (tournaments). Also, like you said, it depends on the read I have on the player in question. Ultimately, maybe up to Q's or K's depending on the circumstances.

Depends how many chips i have ,how far through the tourney i am,is my tourney life on the line if i call.plus the betting before me.raise n reraise all in i could happily fold kk or lower ,AA is the hardest to fold .i def can after the flop on a dodgy board with betting before my turn to act. at the start of a tourney id say qq or lower i could fold.

Woot, this should have multiple answers. depending on the situation I think 1010 JJ and QQ can easily be folded and AA and KK never fold pre

I can remember a few times where I have folded QQ preflop, Only one time I can remember That I folded KK to AA which ended up good. And on ONE instance, I had Folded AA in the big blind to an ALL IN preflop, BUT, I was short stacked and on the bubble of a $10,000 Guarantee, I ended up cashing the event. So, circumstances can vary, due to that it is OK to lay down the best hand sometimes. Any 2 cards can win.

Oh my a tuff questions here. I have folded all of them at one time or other growling all the way. It would depend on the situation, like: how far into the tournament I am, how my stack looking, how close to pay dirt am I. But if have give an answer i have to shoot the 10's.

Like they all said its all about who is raiseing pre flop and how many chips i have i have folded qq down hard to fold kk or aa pre flop and dont think many here wolud anyway if you was to ask them if a guy at your table folded every hand for over a hr and then pushed all in would you call him with qq jj or 1010 i thnk we all say no but if your was a guy that raised every hand would you call was allin with 10s 9s 8s or 7s with the rite stack i say ALL DAY

Very good question .. i feel very comftable playing TT-JJ its easy to peg a player on a hand after a while, and if im unsure their fine to fold.. QQ i absolutely hate, KK & AA i almost never fold.

I dont think that their is enough information to say what hands you would fold. A lot of it depends on how many chips you have, the blinds, and how many chips your opponet has.

So dependent on a variety of variable, player reads, pot odds, etc etc. But I think I draw the line at folding jacks and sticking with queens

I would fold JJ and under if 2 peps or more went all in

So many variables on this one. it used to be impossible for me to throw away any high pair when i first started playing, now i find myself giving it some thought and throwing pairs away all the time. just to many different variables to mention. good question.

Alot of missing information: if it was the bubble cut off for the final table at the WSOP, and I had a nice stack but the players after me have huge stacks and play aggresively, I would certainly consider laying down AA
