States have the right to govern their citizens
& if a state outlaws something
then the rooms should abide

when I wanted to D/L PowerPoker
I had to prove that I didn't live in the state (or commonwealth) of Kentucky
(Living far from it, but the state above it)

If the citizens in that state don't like the law
MOVE or elect someone in to office that will change the law
(somewhat simpler at that level)

From what I've heard pstars have payd 100k per year for every US state where people was allowed to play. Thast about, let's say 5 milion tax per year for 50 states . And maybe US government wants to share more.
