The 17th edition of the event will be held at Bally’s Las Vegas in November
The gambling industry’s premier marketing education event announced its 17th edition to take place this year in November. The Casino Marketing & Technology Conference covers every aspect of traditional and digital marketing and will take place through two days of several session tracks on diverse topics. Advertising and promotions, relationship management, customer service, email marketing, social media, mobile marketing and data analytics are among the subjects that will be addressed during these sessions.
This conference is scheduled to run on November 10-12 at Bally’s Las Vegas and also includes two prestigious award ceremonies created to give recognition to the leaders in the casino marketing sector: The Romeros: Recognizing Excellence in Marketing, and The Casino Marketing Lifetime Achievement Award. During this summit, attendees have a chance to learn new skills that will be reflected in improved daily results in their operations, as well as a vision of what it takes to build a successful career as casino marketers.
In the same place in Las Vegas, but starting one day before, is the Loyalty player and development conference, which is also on schedule to run, despite the coronavirus pandemic. The team behind this conference is actively communicating with all vendors and participating companies, as well as Bally’s Las Vegas, to discuss best practices and measures to ensure social distancing, clean rooms and meeting spaces and to address any concerns that might come up due to large gatherings of people. The organization has implemented additional measures in consultation with global and local public health authorities (including the WHO and CDC) to make sure protocols are followed in a rigorous way.
