This will be the funny man’s first step into the poker world

Popular actor and comedian Andy Milonakis has accepted his first gig in the poker industry. He just signed a one-year deal with Americas Cardroom (ACR) to stream its content on his popular Twitch channel. Milonakis doesn’t describe himself as a poker expert; he sees this more as a hobby, although he claims to have played online and on live-streamed poker shows. He has been immersing himself in the poker world in the last few years and has even appeared at PokerGo and Live at the Bike on YouTube, as well as on some Ryan Depaulo poker vlogs.

The star of “The Andy Milonakis Show” has over 500,000 followers on Twitch, which means great exposure for Americas Cardroom from this new deal. “Two things that were exciting for me yesterday. 1. I just got signed to a 1-year deal with @ACR_POKER, so there will be many more poker streams/tourneys coming soon. 2. I hit 500K followers on @Twitch. If you’re reading this and you follow my stream, thanks my babies :),” wrote Milonakis in a tweet. His channel features a wide variety of content including video game streaming, cooking with his aunt, live vlogs, and now online poker streams as per his new deal with ACR.

Milonakis is 44 years old and he became famous in 2003 for a YouTube video that went viral in which he made up a song about how much he dislikes the Super Bowl. Among his talents, he appeared in the comedy movie “Waiting” to star Ryan Reynolds in 2005. Besides acting and performing comedy, he also raps, and will now be able to add poker vlogger to his long list of accolades.
