The high-end fashion line has created a timepiece just for eSports fans with the help of Fnatic

eSports has become a multibillion-dollar industry in just a matter of a few years, and with projections of continuing its growth for years to come. As a result, more companies from other industries have started to create products dedicated, not only to competitors, but to fans and followers of this activity, as well. The most recent product coming in limited-edition to eSports fans comes from the popular luxurious fashion brand Gucci, which is presenting its eSports watch.

In collaboration with Fnatic and its League of Legends (LOL) team, the Italian fashion brand has created this eye-catching accessory. Fnatic is a global eSports organization with its headquarters in London, England, and its LOL team participates in the Legends European Championship (LEC). This competitive roster has been considered one of the strongest European teams since the beginning of LOL; actually, they won the Riot Season 1 Championship. Fnatic has won several competitions, including IEM Season XII. It was founded in 2004 when it acquired the roster that was playing for the myRevenge eSports organization.

This is not the first collaboration between Gucci and Fnatic, though. The brand’s first immersion in the eSport scene happened earlier this year when Gucci invited the team to the front row of the brand’s Milan Fashion Show wearing Gucci designs. The FNATIC x Gucci Limited Edition Gucci Dive watch displays the team’s logo on the dial at the 6 o’clock marker and it comes with a black rubber strap and a black and orange dial and bezel. It was designed in collaboration with Dutch watchmaker TW Steel, and retails for about $1,600 on Gucci’s website.
