Sunday preview: Big online tournament action

GGPoker, PokerStars, partypoker all have major tournament series in full swing

A huge month of tournament opportunities in the online poker realm continues Sunday, as the three biggest sites in the world all have major festivals and big money tournaments on the weekend slate.

PokerStars, partypoker, and GGPoker all give players plenty to compete for this Sunday, as the online poker boom of 2020 plays on.

The following list takes a look at some of the biggest tournaments going on for Sunday, Nov. 15:

partypoker Caribbean Poker Party Online

The 2020 Caribbean Poker Party Online, presented by partypoker, marks the first time the popular CPP festival moves to an all-online format. In lieu of the regularly-scheduled Bahamas-based event, partypoker offers ten big online events over an 11-day schedule this month.

Sunday sees Event #1: The Opener play down to a finish. The $1,050 buy-in, $500,000 guaranteed tournament presented three opening day flights, and the survivors of those flights come back for the Final Day Sunday. The Final Day begins at 7:05 pm GMT.

Players still have a chance to make it through to The Opener Final Day earlier Sunday, and the final opening day flight, Day 1c, commences at 4:05 pm GMT.

Event #2: Main Event also begins Sunday. The $5,300 buy-in, $5 million guaranteed tournament features two opening day flights, and the first of those, Day 1a, kicks off at 7:05 pm GMT.

GGPoker High Rollers Week, Battle of Malta play on

The Sunday slate for GGPoker High Rollers Week begins with Event #17: GGMasters High Roller. This $1,050 buy-in, $1 million guaranteed tournament plays as a one-day event, kicking off at 5 pm GMT.

Event #18: Super MILLION$ Main Event gets going an hour later, and this pinnacle event of the High Rollers Week series offers a $10,300 buy-in and a $5 million guaranteed prize pool.

The Super MILLION$ Main Event plays down to a final table Sunday, with the surviving nine players coming back Tuesday, Nov. 17 to play out the finale. Final day action will play out with cards up streaming coverage on the GGPoker.TV channel.

The GGPoker Battle Of Malta also continues Sunday, with Event #10: Bounty for the King Royal Championship kicking off at 6 pm GMT. The tournament features a $525 buy-in and $1 million prize pool.

Event #11: Mini Main Event, also continues Sunday. Day 2 of the $55 buy-in, $1 million guaranteed tournament plays to a final table, with the final nine coming back to crown a champion Saturday, Nov. 21. Coverage of the Mini Main Event final table will be featured on the GGPoker.TV channel.

EPT Online $10k Turbo High Roller

The 2020 EPT Online features a packed Sunday schedule. The biggest of the four tournaments in progress Sunday comes with the start of Event #16: EPT Online Main Event.

The centerpiece tournament of the EPT Online schedule kicks off Sunday with the opening day of the four-day event. The $5,200 buy-in event offers a $5 million guaranteed prize pool, the largest on the EPT Online schedule.
