The four-day segment of the gaming conference focuses on the industry’s recovery post-COVID-19

Now that gambling venues across the North American region are starting to reopen their doors to the public and finding a new balance between profitability and following safety protocols, there are questions still in the air regarding the roadmap to long-term recovery. That’s why ICE North America has announced a webinar series called “The Road Back,” which will be divided into four parts that will examine measures and best practices to guide business operators and suppliers of land-based gambling hubs to have a safe betting and gaming experience. The series will be held in conjunction with ICE North America, and kicks off on July 7.

The series will run for four days straight, one day for each section, concluding on Friday, July 10. The first day of the Roadmap to Phased Recovery will go through on-boarding and training for the employees so they can deliver a safe and comfortable gaming experience to customers. The second day will focus on the role of the gaming and hospitality sectors in aiding state governments to recover their economy. This will include a regulatory and legislative perspective.

On Thursday, the webinar will help attendees to prepare for possible shifts in conditions post coronavirus pandemic regarding customer demographics and making the product stay relevant. Lastly, the final day will be all about communicating a strong sense of health and safety while making sure the environment is still fun and appealing.

Those who are interested in participating in any of all of the webinars can register online. The sessions will run each of the four days from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM CST.
