- By opting in to the 2026 WSOP Europe Prize Draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The promoter of the competition is PokerOrg (registered at Suite 2-5-7, 5th Floor, Clinch’s, Lord Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 4LN).
- These terms may be modified or new conditions added at any time at PokerOrg’s sole discretion. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
- You must be 21 years of age or older to participate and reside in a jurisdiction where participation in this competition is not prohibited by law. It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure their participation is legal in their country or state of residence.
- No purchase or payment is necessary to participate.
- Only one entry per registered user is permitted. In the event of an individual being found to have multiple entries, all such entries will be disqualified.
- Entrants may not use multiple PokerOrg accounts to enter. Any entrants found to be using duplicate accounts, or accounts created solely for the purposes of entering this competition, will be disqualified. Use of shared IP addresses may trigger a review.
- Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or cheat the entry system, including collusion, use of bots or automated tools, or submitting false information, will result in immediate disqualification.
- All entries must be submitted via the official opt-in form on PokerOrg before 12pm ET on Friday, March 20, 2026. Late entries or entries via any other method will not be accepted.
- PokerOrg will be the sole decision-maker in any interpretation of the rules, and any awarding of prizes will be final and conclusive.
- By accepting the prize, winners consent to the use of their name, image, likeness, and statements by PokerOrg for publicity and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
- In the event of a breach of any of these terms, PokerOrg reserves the right to refuse you entry, disqualify you from the competition, and delete your registration and all information associated with your account. All such decisions by PokerOrg will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- In the event the WSOPE Main Event or associated accommodation becomes unavailable for any reason beyond PokerOrg’s control, PokerOrg reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
- If you are barred or disqualified, you are not eligible to re-enter under a different name and/or email address.
- By participating, you agree that PokerOrg may collect and use your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, including for prize fulfillment and promotional communications.
- PokerOrg will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- The winner will receive:
• One (1) €5,300 seat to the WSOPE Main Event
• Accommodation at the Hilton Prague - The prize includes accommodation and Main Event entry only. All additional costs, including travel, meals, incidentals, and other expenses, are the sole responsibility of the winners.
- The winner will be announced on March 21, 2026, and notified via the email associated with their PokerOrg account. The winner must respond within 24 hours to confirm acceptance of the prize. Failure to confirm within that time will result in forfeiture, and PokerOrg reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
- PokerOrg is not responsible for any winner’s inability to travel, obtain necessary travel documentation (including visas), or attend the event for any reason. In such cases, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected at PokerOrg’s discretion.
- Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, or local taxes or fees associated with the prize.
- Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternatives will be offered.
- All decisions by PokerOrg regarding eligibility, selection, and prize fulfillment are final.
