Las Vegas has long been known as a haven for night owls, and if there's one universal need for poker players who play sessions deep into the late night and early morning hours, it's a place to find a good bite to eat and recharge before they fall asleep.

There are two forces in play that have dramatically shifted the list of notable late night options around Las Vegas — adjustments made to operating schedules during COVID that removed some restaurants from the late-night market, and the ever-expanding nature of the city.

With the start of the 2025 World Series of Poker in sight and all manner of other tournaments and cash games keeping poker players up late at night throughout the summer, there's never been a better time to reset on some of the best options for late night grub.

The Henry Cosmopolitan The Henry is a good late-night option for poker players looking for a short trip following a long day of poker.

The Henry

3708 Las Vegas Blvd (Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas) | Menu
Open 10 pm to 2 pm

As far as walkability from Horseshoe and Paris goes, you're unlikely to find a shorter walk to a heartier meal than the trek across Las Vegas Boulevard to The Henry. Located just inside the front door to Cosmopolitan on the ground floor, The Henry is the epitome of a late-night spot as it doesn't even open to customers until 10 pm. The food is American to its core, slightly elevated, and won't set you back too much when it comes to either price or time.

Tacos El Gordo Tacos El Gordo

Tacos El Gordo

3041 Las Vegas Blvd | Menu
Open until 2 am Sunday-Thursday, 5 am Friday-Saturday

Tacos El Gordo is a cafeteria-style taco restaurant that was established in San Diego and opened its first location in Las Vegas in 2010. This location is of particular interest for those staying at Wynn, Resorts World, Fontainebleau or other casinos a little further north on The Strip.

303 In the Cut Food Truck

4120 W. Spring Mountain Rd | Menu
Open until 1 am

Three years ago, amidst the explosion in popularity of Tik Tok food influencer Keith Lee, the 303 In the Cut food truck received an outlandish wave of attention with a viral video that has more than 36 million views. It's for good reason, as the food far surpasses the baseline expectations that anyone might have for a food truck. Burritos, Cheesesteaks, hot dogs, french fries and the most outlandish piece of cheesecake you've ever had are the highlights of the menu.

Krung Siam Krung Siam

Krung Siam

3755 W. Spring Mountain Rd | Menu
Open until 4 am

A significant portion of this list is located within a small stretch of Spring Mountain within Las Vegas' Chinatown district, but don't let the name fool you. There are a bevy of Asian restaurants representing a wide spectrum of offerings and one of the first ones you'll come upon at the edge of the neighborhood is Krung Siam. This Thai restaurant has seen the neighborhood grow around it since it was founded in 2009 and remains a favorite of poker players — both because of the food and the hours of operation.

Shokku Ramen Shokku Ramen

Shokku Ramen

3889 W. Spring Mountain Rd | Menu
Open 24/7

For those truly late night sessions that stretch until the threat of sunrise, there are still a handful of restaurants in Las Vegas that remain open 24 hours a day. If ramen is what you're after at 3, 4 or even 5 o' clock in the morning, look no further than Shokku Ramen. Appropriately enough, they have 24-hour broths and 36-hour marinated meats.

Gelato Bar Gelato Bar

Gelato Bar

3849 W. Spring Mountain Rd | Menu
Open until 1 am

If you have a sweet tooth to satisfy after bagging up a tournament, look no further than a few doors down from Shokku Ramen and you'll find Gelato Bar. Beyond its stellar reviews on Google and Yelp, Gelato Bar offers a considerable number of flavors of gelato served in a cone, cup, waffle cone or crepe, as well as smoothies, iced coffee and other beverages.

Honey pig Gomtang Honey pig Gomtang

Honey Pig

4725 W. Spring Mountain Rd | Menu
Open until 5 am

If we're talking about putting down serious volume after a long day of poker without a full meal, the next two entries on this list represent a small cross-section of the late night, all-you-can-eat options available in Las Vegas. Honey Pig offers a robust ala carte menu, but the big draw is a two-tiered all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ menu that you cook for yourself for up to 90 minutes per sitting.

ITs Sushi ITs Sushi

ITs Sushi

4815 W. Spring Mountain Rd | Menu
Open until 2 am

Las Vegas doesn't lack for all-you-can-eat sushi options, but ITs Sushi has emerged in recent years as a particularly strong late night option. In addition to a discounted rate for lunch until 3 pm, ITs Sushi offers a discounted late night menu from 10 pm until closing.

Ping Pang Pong Ping Pang Pong

Ping Pang Pong

4000 W. Spring Mountain Rd (Gold Coast Hotel and Casino) | Menu
Open until 3 am

Ping Pang Pong gained a reputation as a strong late night solution when the World Series of Poker was held at Rio Las Vegas, thanks to its proximity at the nearby Gold Coast Hotel and Casino. The restaurant originally opened in 2001 and has received several facelifts and refurbishments over the years. What hasn't changed is the quality of the Chinese food on offer, late into the night.

Fuku Burger Fuku Burger

Fukuburger

3429 S. Jones Blvd | Menu
Open until 1 am

Originally established as Las Vegas' first gourmet food truck, Fukuburger now has two restaurant locations in Las Vegas — most notably, for this exercise, a location on the edge of Chinatown that's open until 1 a.m. The menu is small, but potent, with several different delectable American burgers with a Japanese twist.

Ramen Boys Ramen Boys

Ramen Boys

3650 S. Decatur Blvd | Menu
Open until 2 am

It isn't every day that you can eat at a restaurant that's been ranked the No. 1 in the entire country after the clock strikes midnight, but that's exactly what you get with Ramen Boys. Named the No. 1 ramen spot in the US in 2023 by Yelp, Ramen Boys nails both traditional style ramen and some more experimental offerings including a Tonkotsu style ramen with blackened roasted garlic oil.

Palace Station Oyster Bar Palace Station Oyster Bar

Palace Station Oyster Bar

2411 W. Sahara Ave | Menu
Open 24/7

There are poker games throughout Las Vegas that can be tough to get into, but at certain times of the day the toughest seat in town may well be the Palace Station Oyster Bar. The open bar style setup remains open 24 hours a day and more often then not there's a considerable line waiting to be served. The menu goes well beyond the advertised Oysters; the gumbo, pan roasts and house favorites offer an array of incredible seafood options with whatever level of spice you desire.

P.O.P.S. Philly Steaks P.O.P.S. Philly Steaks

P.O.P.S. Philly Steaks

501 S. Decatur Blvd | Menu
Open 24/7

This is the longest trip on the list by a fair margin, but P.O.P.S. Philly Steaks is worth at least one late-night pilgrimage or two a summer if you're into this kind of food. Opened in 2002, P.O.P.S. is located across the streat from Arizona Charlie's Decatur location. Best known for its variety of cheesesteak creations, Pride of Philly Steaks also offers a variety of other comfort foods including hoagies, wings, french fries and desserts.
