Meet the WSOPC Virginia final table: The inagural $1,700 No-Limit Hold'em Main Event at Caesars Virginia is down to its final seven players.

Marshall White holds a commanding lead with 10,570,000, more than double the stack of anyone else at the table. The final seven return Monday at 12 PM ET in Level 28 with blinds of 60,000/120,000 and a 120,000 big blind ante.

The Triton Invitational is now heads-up: It's Ding Biao vs. João Simão for the trophy and the $7,250,000 first prize. The two players couldn't agree on a deal, so they're playing heads-up for $2.31M.

The Triton Poker $100K Main Event is underway: 40 players are already in action in Jeju, including Isaac Haxton, Phil Ivey, Stephen Chidwick and Artur Martirosian.

Registration remains open until the start of Tuesday's Day 2.

3 'VIPs' at the Triton Poker $200K final table: The field for the invitational in Jeju famously comprises non-pro VIP players plus their invited pros.

Oops, he did it again: Niklas 'Lena900' Astedt is showing why he's one of the most feared online players there's ever been.

Fresh from a victory in Wednesday night's $1K PLO event in PokerStars' WCOOP,  the Swede added another notch to his belt last night with a $103K win in the $5K Thursday Thrill.

Astedt is now tied for 2nd with Denis Strebkov on the all-time WCOOP winners' list with 14 titles, and fast closing in on Benny Glaser's record (16). Full story below.

Uh oh, did someone make him mad? Online poker end boss Niklas 'Lena900' Astedt came close to winning the 20th anniversary Sunday Million at PokerStars this week, but in the end he had to take the L.

Did it slow him down? Not one bit. He just picked up the 13th WCOOP title of his incredible career in the $1K PLO event, for almost $21K.

Astedt is now tied with Patrick Leonard, Joao Vieira and Tobias Leknes on 13 WCOOP wins, just 3 behind all-time leader Benny Glaser.

Meet the WSOP Super Circuit Canada Main Event final table: The stage is set, with nine players left in the hunt for the ring and the $1,500,000 CAD first prize. Chance Kornuth is second in chips, with UK pro Jack Salter in seventh. The chip leader is Canadian Mayukh Chakraborty, who only has $3,260 in prior tournament winnings.

Aaron Quon bubbled the final table for $120,000 CAD, while Nick Palma finished in 16th for $85,357 CAD. Action starts at 11am local time and is being streamed on the WSOP YouTube channel.

Blake Ellinghaus wins WPT bestbet Scramble Championship ($294,900): Jared Reinstein finished runner-up for $184,000, while Bryan Paris was third. Ellinghaus' win was worth more than all of his prior recorded winnings ($142,895).

There's still time to qualify for Phase 2 of the PokerStars Sunday Million 20th Anniversary event: Phase 1s are running now, with more at 2.30pm, 3.30pm and 4.30pm BST this afternoon. Phase 2 starts at 8.05pm tonight.

The first two Triton trophies have been decided in Jeju – and both have gone to first-time winners: In Event #1 ($15K NLH), Alex Theologis won his first-ever Triton title, beating Victor Chong heads-up for the trophy and $642,000.

In Event #2 ($20K NLH), Klemens Roiter won his first Triton trophy and $771,000. "I'm still shaking, my entire body," he said afterward. Alejandro Lococo started heads-up as the chip leader but had to settle for second place and $520,000.

The warm-up events come ahead of the main attraction, the $200K Invitational, which starts on Saturday, September 12.
