It's official, the GOAT Phil Ivey has claimed WSOP bracelet #11 in Event #29: 2-7 Limit Triple Draw Championship.
After being down to just one big bet on Day 3 of the tournament, Ivey managed to climb back to take an overwhelming chip lead during the heads up portion of play.
From that point on, it was all business as Ivey went about his work with precision and skill -- in other words, a GOAT doing GOAT things. Ivey's win comes in one of the most prestigious events of the summer schedule.
The crowd on the rail, predominantly there to witness the historic moment, erupted into applause and cheers.

With the win, Ivey claims his 11th WSOP bracelet and takes over a clear second place on the all-time bracelet winners list after being in a four-way deadlock at 10 with Erik Seidel, Johnny Chan, and the late legend Doyle Brunson. The win also notably stands as Ivey's first-ever bracelet win in a $10,000 WSOP event.
Ivey takes home the coveted bracelet and $347,440.
