Harrah's Cherokee will welcome the World Series of Poker Circuit back to North Carolina next week for 18 ring events and a $1,500,000 Main Event.
It's one of the biggest stops on the schedule, having drawn 1,437 entries to its last Main Event in August. That tournament was won by Zachary Fischer, who took home $324K from a prize pool that tipped over the $2 million mark.

Another big turn out is expected for the holiday-infused series, starting with the $400 Turkey Day opener on November 27. The Thanksgiving kickoff leads the way for the $400 Mini Main Event, which starts on the following Friday with two of its four opening flights. Surviving players from the four opening flights will return on Sunday, Nov. 30 to play for their share of the $750,000 guarantee.
Other six-figure guarantees dot the schedule, including the $600 NLH with a $100,000 guarantee on Nov. 30, a $400 Six-Max with a $200,000 guarantee on December 1, and the $600 PLO on the same day with a $100,000 guarantee.
The homestretch to the Main Event includes a $750,000 Monster Stack with three opening flights on Dec. 2-3, a $1,100 buy-in with a $300,000 prize pool with two opening flights on Dec 3-4, and the $400 Ladies Event on Dec. 5.
It all leads up to the $1,500,000 Main Event, a flagship event with a $1,700 buy-in and two opening flights on Dec. 5 and 6. Players who bag return on Sunday, Dec. 7 for a shot at Monday's final table.
The full schedule features much more with players getting one last shot at a $5,000 Ticket to Paradise and a trip to The Bahamas next month. Meanwhile, be sure to throw your hat in the ring for our Pick 3 fantasy game for your shot at a $30K package and a seat in the WSOP Super Main Event.
