'I'm ready to battle'

What was the best thing that happened to you in poker in 2025?

The best thing that happened to me in 2025 was staying alive, because I love poker so much, I just want to keep playing poker.

2025 gave me the chance to keep going. I hope for the same in 2026.

What was the worst thing that happened, poker-wise?

Absolutely nothing!

Are you a New Year's resolution type of person?

I'm not really the kind of guy that has a New Year's resolution. I just try to wake up every day, whether it's January 1st or just a f*cking Monday and just get sh*t done. That's how I think.

So I don't have a New Year’s resolution, but I would say that, for everyone, we should stay positive.

The world is a sad place nowadays. Stay positive.

What are you looking forward to most next year?

Well, next year, I'm looking forward to taking my daughter to school. She's going to elementary school; she's going to be seven. That's going to be such a great time for me as a dad – I'm looking forward to that.

And, of course, to play some WSOP events as well. Knowing that the WSOP is returning strongly to many locations, such as Europe, where I live nowadays, and hopefully, Brazil.

I'm ready to battle and ready to enjoy some family time as well.
